YOLA77 I did and she spent 1 second on her convictions, I''ll stop when she starts realizing, her role as First Lady, does not mean Lady of the house, but First Lady of the Country, She must show us that she is abit more passionate about something else other than the flower arrangement in the entrance of the White House. Show us a Sign, Michele

This interview is about the youngest 1st family in 50 years. Most of the other interviews on this webpage deal extensively with President-Elect Obama ALONE. (So stop your criticism because Mrs. Obama has a voice!) It shows a loving marriage containing individuals with a warm sense of humor about their life together. This interview has the ring of truth about who they are. while Mr. Obama''s quiet, intelligent leadership heals our nation, I will pray that President-Elect Obama and his family will be kept safe from the crazies out there so that we will see the whole family reach their full potential while he helps us reach ours. God bless you with wisdom, innovation and trusteeship Mr. President. God bless you First Lady with the patience to put up with the petulance of those unappreciative of the sacrifice your family makes from being in the line of fire of the bitter, empty criticism from people who are incapable of reaching one rung on the ladder you have climbed.

Core43, did you not hear her say that she is going to get her family settled and then take on the issues most important to her - military families, work-life-balance? Watch it again and stop bashing!

This young couple makes me proud of what can be done in America. Our problems are very challenging. All people need to work together to help make a new nation. We must rebuild our major industries to fit the needs of our nation. Government must play a new role as partner to the people. Parties are o-kay but we need America First. Good Luck.

Michelle seems like a very pleasant person.....A First Lady must not only present herself pleasantly, she must be dignified, a bit reserved. With this she can best represent all of the people of the USA. She has young girls who need their mother. Michelle will be challenged by raising these young girls and meet her duties as a First Lady. I wish her luck.

We are not talking about Mother Theresa here, even she had her doubts, so I''ve heard. Her children will be just fine, without her if mom decides to rally up a storm, about education reform on her watch. She is not a God, nor is He people, REALITY CHECK PLEASE

Wonderful interview of a wonderful, loving, conscious couple. I am thrilled that Barack Obama is my President and so happy to hear Michelle claim Motherhood with such pride and honor. May she be a positive force in restoring the importance of Motherhood in this culture and making it "hip to be home" raising your children and being respected for doing the most important job their is or ever will be! We are the only country that drugs our children to control them...29 million of them on ridalin--that''s a fact. Children need their Mothers and their Mothers need to be supported so they can raise the next generation to feel valued!! A healthy society depends on healthy children...WE MUST GET IT RIGHT FROM THE START!!! We don''t have time for years of therapy for our children to process their lack of connection and resulting low self esteem. Peace on earth begins with conscious BIRTH, BONDING and PARENTING !! Please consider using your influence MIchelle, to help us rise up and remember the importance of being there for our babies and our children! Blessings to you and your family as you move into history and write this new, inspiring chapter...

She has dilusions of what her husband''s job really is, Wake up Call, He holds a public office, a powerful office. I feel she needs to realize that this is not a house her husband just bought her, this is the taxpayers office/home, that the American people elected to live in that famous address for fulfill an oath to serve, his country, and complete the task
