The police work was so sloppy and inconclusive. At this point, I'm thinking either one of them could be guilty.

The husband had motive, crime of passion fits with the brutality of the murder, gay porn, adultery, and that creepy smirk on his face that made my skin crawl... all of these things make him a prime candidate.

Then you have this stupid guy who out of the blue confesses to the crime to his own uncle, gives details consistent to the crime scene, had serviced their alarm system only months prior, was a crack addict known for robbery, and tried to stab himself to death.... all also consistent with being guilty.

What about alibis? How about the missing jewelry? And what about the fact that he initially told his uncle he was with two other guys, one of which was the actual killer that stabbed her? How about DNA? She was raped- shouldn't there be finger prints? And what was the murder weapon?

This is the most bizarre case, because for the life of me, I cannot determine whom I believe more. I'd need much more information.

But if I had to decide right this minute, I'd say there was reasonable doubt to implicate Daniel simply by the nature of the crime itself. It speaks anger, hate, and crime of passion.

I hope someone is brought to justice for this horrific tragedy.

In 2009 Daniel was found not guilty for murder of Doctors wife, but in June 17 2011 he was caught stealing $60 worth of cigarettes at a local convenience store. Video clearly shows his face and a uniqe birth mark. Video can be seen http://blog.al.com/breaking/2011/06/daniel_wade_moore_acquitted_of.html

He was convicted of 3rd Defree Robbery!
I believe he is still innocent when it comes to killing Doctors wife. Hes just a sma;ll time crook never capable to kill...

Dr Tibton looks a bit homosexual, so may be he married her to only have children, and got rade off her once that was granted.

This guy Dr. Tipton gave me the creeps. Makes my skin crawl just watching him. I think he did it and his reactions seem to fit. Not once did I see any sadness. He seems to be smiling or smirking all the way thru the episode. I have thoughts on this case and why he did it. They are not good.

Daniel Moore was just a dumb kid looking for attention by placing himself at the crime scene. I feel bad for him, but he certainly got the attention he was looking for, didn't he.

Dr. Tipton strikes me as a very strange person...makes my skin crawl. This was an up close and personal rage killing. He obviously did it.

I find it sad that after all he went through, he just wound up getting arrested this past July for burglary.

The Daniel Moore was just found "not guilty" in this case, which is good, because the evidence shows he was not the person who committed this crime.
