The Daniel Moore was just found "not guilty" in this case, which is good, because the evidence shows he was not the person who committed this crime.

I believe it was most likely the husband. Unfortunately, the police went the the "crackhead" and stuck with him. Many people confess to crimes they do not commit because it is easier than dealing with people in your face. It is a coping mechanism, and cannot be understood unless you have been in such a position. So much time has past that it probably would be inpossible to stick this on the husband now. It is deplorable that they continue to go after Daniel, I think it is a case of the state not wanting to be embarassed of convicting the wrong man. Is is worth the life of an innocent man? It has happen before and is shameful. Cops messed this one up from the beginning and dismissed the husband too quickly. The FBI did a profile on this case and said to look at the husband and boyfriend, both of which were not looked into extensively. I hope Daniel gets his life back.

I think when you look at Dr.Tipton and his way of expressing himself you see guilty written all over him . Did they listen to his 911 call. He seemed to calm just to walk in and find his wife dead.. he knew she was dead. That poor man is paying a price for something he did not do!
Those children are living with the man who killed thier mother and they don't even know it. Someody needs to put him away and save those kids before its to late.

Lord I pray Daniel is set free. God bless you Virginia. The worst pain a mother can feel is when her child is being hurt.

This will end soon.

I think the husband did it too. His expressions throughout the interview were those of happiness and seemed like he was exaggerating the guilt of Daniel Moore. It is disturbing that he was not investigated further.

I believe the husband killed his wife when she found out he was gay. Wht did he wait 90 minutes after he got home to call 011 if his wife was already dead. He is a scumbag. I have thought from day 1 he did it. Regardless, the present defendant should be found not guilty, and I don''t know why he wasn''t this second time. There is way too much reasonable doubt.
