I would have been a hung juror too .... the whole case is week against the defendant.

Why did he say he was involved is a bit strange and does not make sense. Both defendant and husband are suspect. Husband showed no emotion when calling 911 just stated this is what happened . Huh you wouldnt be going out of your mind?

Also, in the previous video he said that he noticed blood on the floor and the alarm system down, to me that means something went wrong but, what... He said he saw no indication that something was wrong, that is a lie!

The husband is guilty , 100%! When he''s talking, note how he looks to the left after each sentence, which denotes a lie. He also raises his one eyebrow ,I believe that is also his tell. When he talks about his wife''s death/murder there was no emotion shown what so ever. Another thing, he coached his kids, when the one daughter said she was going to lock the doors and the windows, thats not something a child says when they are scared. He is a doctor , wealthy enough to buy his innocence, smart enough to cover up his own murder, which is why I was confused when he said that he was scared wether or not himself or his children were next, but didn''t the man they charged do it for drug money? So , that kind of response would mean that her murder was pre-meditated, someone who is high on crack and or jonesing for more would not be temporarily incapable of premeditated murder. All it does is point the finger at the husband or a lover, because the murder/crime was upclose & personal. Justice has not been served for this deceased woman and the system has failed this young man who has been wrongly accused!!

I watched the show tonight... and I must say in my opinion I can understand the doubt by many. I was just wondering, if she was sexually assaulted, why was the no dna found in that retrospect, or did I miss something on that? I think it''s sad for her memory and especially for her daughters that justice has not been served... but I must say I do not think finding Daniel Wayne Moore guilty will serve justice.
