- Darin doesn't deserve to be in jail for one minute. Regardless of whether it was premeditated or not, a lifetime of abuse is reason enough for me. That ************** got what he deserved. He, and every other abusive person who is killed by their victim.

- WHAT bull! Darin always referred to EVERY woman a C__T (except his mother). He's where he belongs and 20 years is NOT ENOUGH for this sociopath! He thinks a sham marriage is going to save his ass in prison....NOT. He could''t wait for his father to die and leave him the money. End of story!

- charlie seems to me like a sociopath and who would know better than his family.also darin was a much better looking man that charlie so jealousy could have driven a vain man like charlie to abuse his son.

- I gotta tell you I really feel Darin is sitting here just blatantly honest. Even he does not feel what he did is justifyable homicide, even he cries and says nobody deserves to die. So, this is just amazing to me and very very sad. He wanted to kill his father- no doubt. I do not feel he planned this murder I believe it was a murder of passion which I do believe in.I believe his sentence was just- 20 years fits to me. No one can guarantee that he be paroled in ten years - he is only eligible. I am curious why the hell only one brother showed up?? I''d so very much like to hear from the brother who has imprisoned himself out in the desert??!! I would love to hear from all the children!! Good Luck Darin! He is so relieved at what he did yet remorseful- very sad.

- I regreat that you did not put any of the good things about Charlie White in your report. There are those of of us who have experienced another side of Charlie than the one depicted in your story. True, he was wild and a womanizer, which women made it easy for him to be, but he could also be generous with his time, incredibly fun to be around, would play board games for hours and loved to have sing-a-longs around that white piano after an evening of partying with his friends in HSB. It is also true, he could be crude at times and obnoxious at other times but he had a magnanimous personality that made you just like to be around him. It is very sad that he is gone. More sad that it was at the hands of his son, Darin.
