- I think he is guilty! He seems kind of likeable but he is also kind of weird. If she never left without her briefcase and purse, then why would she have done so the day of her murder? And why would these items be found in his house??? This is weird and this is the main reason why I think this guy is guilty. Oh...and...what kind of boyfriend is he if he goes on a nice vacation just a week after his girlfriend died?

- That has got to be one of the creepiest guys I have ever seen!!!!!!! He is sooooooooo guilty!!! I find it odd that he said he needed to get away to be able to grieve properly, since he wasn't able to do so 'right after his wife's death!!!' I'm not sure about anyone else but to me 1 WEEK IS 'right after his wife's death!!!!' Also found is quite disturbing that Tim's sister describes him as 'sexy!!!' A little strange that a sister would describe her brother as 'sexy'.
