For the fan idea. Go study high school physics, what you are talking about sounds like a propetual motion machine which will not work.

Why can they not just put a fan on the vehicle and use the wind energy generated from they mph the vehicle is traveling to recharge the battery. The faster you go the more energy that would be generated, it would be similar to how a generator recharges a vehicle battery. This way the vehicle would be self recharging as you traveled. instead of kicking over to gas power it could kick over to the wind power being generated by the speed you were traveling. They could use a cowl over the fan to make it more stream line and hidden and also help to force more wind energy into to fan. I have thought about this for a long time and wondered why they have not done something like this. If I knew how to patent my idea I would, but come on we are a world in need of any help from anywhere available. Kerry

Why do the journalist always ask a conservative about his/her carbon footprint but never ask people like Al Gore or any liberal the same question when the liberal espouses the evils of a large carbon footprint while flying in their private jet to their mansion.
The Telsa car is cool, but the characterization of GM as a bad company because one of their guys has a helicopter is stupid, how many people who tell the rank and file of America to ride a bike to work have a helicopter and are never questioned about this contradiction. This is why fox is kicking there buts in the ratings

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ELECTRIC CAR CHECK WITH DETROIT EDISON

The report did not say it was the 1st electric car.
What the report did say was that it was the 1st ALL electric car. Also that it was the 1st electric SPORTS car and was able to go from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds.
