Sorry but where is the evidence that convicted Mark? A letter that to my eyes was contrived..because who in their right mind woud eat or drink something from someone you are convinced is trying to kill you? This woman told people what she suspected, but would never tke their offers of help. She also never told her family, because I believe they would have insisted on her leaving Mark, thus this whole situation would have been prevented. I think her note was just too convenient! Did they ever do handwriting samples on the drug list she found in the husband's briefcase? I think she could have easily written that list herself too. And then the two witnesses that Mark confessed too--neither were credible! I think this woman set her husband up successfully, but she had take her own life to do it. There were deep signs of depression in Julie's family and this should have been delved into more deeply. Her own doctor admitted it! I feel the jury ruled on emotion and not fact in this case. It was a hard case, but I believe if Julie was really in danger she would have left for her "kid's sake." Mark should have spoken out in his own defense, and then maybe this case would have turned out differently.

Wow, I don't think this case is clear. Not really fair. Julie was obviously not stable. Had an affair, it's quite possible she tried to set her husband up...

YES THIS WAS A DIFFICULT CASE, WHEN THE POLICE INTARAGATED HIM, HIS BEHAVIOUR, BODY LANGUAGE SAYS HE DID NOT DO THIS CRIME!!!!
DEPRESSION IS A FATAL DISEASE, UNLESS YOUR ON MEDICATION, YOUR MIND CAN GO TO PLACES, AND SOME USE ALCOHOL, OR DRUGS TO MAKE IT GO AWAY, THE PAIN, NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY WE FEEL AS WE DO, AND SUICIDE SOMETIMES SEEMS THE ONLY ANSWER, BUT IT'S NOT, SOME DON'T SEE THAT.,SOME GET TO FAR, AND FEAR SETS IN.

I'M WRITING A BOOK ON DEPRESSION, BI-POLAR, AND I CAN ONLY SPEAK FROM MY EXPERIENCE, MY STRENGTH'S, AND HOPE

DON'T GIVE UP MARK KEEP FIGHTING!!!!!

THE FED GOD BLESS

These shows and the American "Justice" System drive me insane! A picture is painted that clearly shows there are two alternatives that could have happened here. This lady could have taken her own life or her husband could have killed her. Neither one is clear, but yet SOMEBODY needs to be punished so they take a man away from his kids to fulfill that need. If you are not 100% certain that someone killed somebody, then they should not be guilty!
