I never understood why the prosecution was permitted to present the molestation evidence in the first trial. Who's to say that David Camm molested his daughter? Yes, he may be the most likely suspect but, without evidence, why would the prosecution be permitted to present this? As for the parade of women with whom David Camm had affairs, it seems to me that their testimony shows motive, so I don't understand why the Court of Appeals ruled that their testimony cannot be used in the second trial. Doesn't make any sense, but then again, I'm not an attorney. As for the sweatshirt, this seems awfully suspect. How stupid would a killer have to be to leave clothing behind at the scene? Seems too convenient. I haven't watched part II yet, but it's hard to believe that a killer would leave his own sweatshirt behind, with his own DNA on it, no less. It could easily have been planted at the scene so, again, I don't understand how a sweatshirt at the scene proves that the owner of the sweatshirt was necessarily the killer. A very bizarre case, that's for sure!

He was a serial cheater, maybe he just wanted his absolute freedom.
He wouldn't be the first father to wipe out his family.
He wouldn't be the first cop to do it either.
I find it too convenient that it just happened to occur during his weekly basketball game. he was in cahoots with the criminal.

This is one crazy conviction. Why was this man ever convicted. This man was a policman, and could have had someone mad at him. I have not heard a motive for the murders. This man did not molest his child. The procuters needed the man to sound really bad.

I cannot beleive anyone thought this man shoot his little girl in the head, which is why the man cried like a baby.

Who's palm print ws on the vehicle?

Sorry but I'm not buying that a killer would tuck his sweatshirt with his name on it, underneath his murder victim!

Here again - major networks who enjoy the mediocre intelligence of viewers - and yes, that includes me apparently. No mention of so many various findings that would be important to a jury. What was the blood spatter pattern on the inside of the car, etc., etc., etc. Who else's DNA or prints might have been tested in this investigation? ETC> ETC> ETC>to anybody with any intelligence at all. What's up guys??????????????????? It's time that consideration by a jury of evidence that dismisses others, alibies, MO, possible unrelated incidents - must be part of reporting and investigation. Hopefully, your audience isn't so stupid that they can't maintain their attention span long enough to listen to the story in its entirety. If they are - maybe you reporters need to start a co-op station and do the right thing????????????????? I.E., take less money, but do the right thing instead of the easy, corporate thing?????????? Sleep well!

This story is simply unbelievable! If ever a case cries out "wrongful conviction" and prosecutorial idiocy, this is it. This is classic case where the powers that be refuse to admit their mistakes and refuse to let go of their misguided theories. You have the actual murderer who is obviously a sick liar and yet they will not let go of David Camm like a dog won't let go of a bone. Citizens need be aware of what lengths the system will go to deprive someone of their freedom in the land of the free.
