Suspect in custody in connection with 2017 murders of 2 girls in Delphi, Indiana
Indiana State Police announced they made an arrest in the 2017 killings of two teenage girls. Police said Richard Matthew Allen was taken into custody on two murder counts in the killings of Liberty German and Abigail Williams. Charlie De Mar reports for “CBS Mornings.”
