A leader of the right-wing group the Proud Boys was arrested in Washington, D.C. Monday night. Enrique Tarrio is charged with carrying illegal weapons and allegedly burning a Black Lives Matter banner ripped down from a church during a previous demonstration. CBSN's Tanya Rivero has more.
