Democrats vow to pick up where Mueller report left off
Attorney General William Barr denied Thursday that the special counsel intended to let Congress decide the unresolved issue of obstruction in the Russia investigation. But the Mueller report clearly acknowledges lawmakers have the authority to determine whether the president’s actions represent an obstruction of justice. Nancy Cordes reports.
