Palin attorney threatens to sue over new book

JUNEAU, Alaska - An attorney for Sarah Palin is threatening to sue over a new book that he says defamed the Palins and contains "a series of lies and rumors."

John Tiemessen, in a letter to the publisher of Crown Publishing Group Monday, cites an email that author Joe McGinniss allegedly sent a blogger in January seeking substantiation for several rumors that have surrounded Palin's family. That email was posted online last week by Andrew Breitbart.

Tiemessen says McGinniss' book, "The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin," contains "most of" the stories that merely "amounted to the wishful fantasies of disturbed individuals."

Emails to Crown Publishing and McGinniss, sent after hours, weren't immediately returned.

McGinniss lived next door to the Palins last year while researching the book. It was released last week.

If it were untrue she would have sued already. Why is it such a big deal if she slept with Glenn Rice. She was single. Could it be she doesn't want her "base" to know she like them tall, dark, and handsome? The author said Todd was a racist who as a high school senior cowardly as part of a group beat up a 7th grade black boy just because. If anything is untrue, they should sue, seems TRUE.

Smoke, stop repeating lies from a career criminal. HERE are the FACTS: "Larry Wayne Sinclair" is a con artist and jail bird with NO credibility. That's just his "current" name: he changed it from La Rye Viz. Avila, and Colorado records list him with 13 aliases, including "Larye Vizcarra Avila" and "Mohammed Gahanan." He has a 27-year criminal history spanning three states (Fl, CO and just this year, SC): charges and convictions for larceny, forgery, check and credit card fraud, resulting in two jail sentences: one year in Florida and a 16-year sentence in Colorado. Sinclair was incarcerated in four different facilities in Colorado, before being transferred to the maximum security facility. He was disciplined 97 times for infractions including assault, threats, drug possession, intimidation, and verbal abuse, most recently in 1996. He was released in 1999, but cannot go back to Colorado, because he committed further crimes: he is currently "Wanted" in Pueblo County for felony theft and forgery charges. (BTW, you can check this last one for yourself by going to the Pueblo County Sheriff's department website, and do a search).

Sinclair is a sociopath and a convicted felon. Believe his BS at your peril.
