Cops: Dougherty sister claims no harm intended
Now in police custody following a cross-country manhunt, Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, says she and her brothers, Ryan Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, weren't trying to hurt anyone, according to law enforcement.
But, as CBS' Bigad Shaban reported, the pending charges by the federal government and three separate states say otherwise.

The siblings' cross-country crime spree began in Florida last week with the Doughertys allegedly firing nearly 20 rounds at police and then robbing a Georgia bank the next day.
It all came to a violent end 145 miles south of Denver, near Walsenburg, in southern Colorado. According to court documents, when the group was pursued by Colorado State troopers, Ryan Dougherty drove the car, while Dylan fired out the window with his AK-47 assault rifle. The high-speed chase ended when the Doughertys' car hit a spike strip laid by law enforcement, sending them crashing into a guard rail. Two of the three siblings then took off running creating chaos on the ground.
Officers say as Lee Dougherty tried to escape, she aimed her weapon at another officer, but was shot first in the leg. She allegedly told detectives, "I pointed my gun at the cop...I deserved to get shot."
The trio was booked in southern Colorado on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Shaban reported, Lee Dougherty was laughing in handcuffs as she her brothers made their first appearance in court through a video line from jail. The trio were officially charged with attempted murder and assaulting an officer.
The siblings are being held on $1.25 million bail each. The Doughertys' next court date is set for Monday.
