"Early Show" Cook-Off: Pancakes
The "Battle For Breakfast" cook-off on "The Early Show" continued Tuesday with the anchors each preparing Jeff Glor's favorite breakfast food: pancakes.
Every day this week, an all-star celebrity chef will help the anchors make their favorite breakfast food -- then judge their results.
Scott Conant, chef at New York's Scarpetta and judge on the Food Network's "Chopped" was on hand for this round.
He judged the pancakes the anchors whipped up based on taste, and points were awarded.
At the end of the week, the "winning" anchor will have a donation made in his or her name to his or her favorite food-based charity, and will receive the -- coveted yellow apron!

"Early Show" Cook-Off: Erica Hill's Grits
In Tuesday's round, in which the anchors tried their cooking hands at Erica Hill's fave -- grits -- the "Early Show" ladies took an early lead with 4 points each, but the men only trailed by a point, so it was still anybody's competition to win!
On Thursday, "Early Show" contributor Katie Lee helps the anchors tackle Marysol Castro's favorite breakfast: French toast.
