Sarah Palin Criticizes Obama for Going on "View"

(AP)  Sarah Palin is criticizing President Obama for appearing on "The View."

The 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee said Thursday on Twitter that Mr. Obama has "no time" to visit the U.S.-Mexico border yet can chat on the ABC daytime talk show.

She says she plans to visit to what she calls the "porous" border "in the near future." She wasn't specific.

A White House spokesman didn't immediately offer comment.

The administration has taken steps to address the border security issue, including Mr. Obama's decision that will send 1,200 National Guard troops to the region this weekend.

Palin has taken shots at Mr. Obama before, including over his handling of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill and what she called his lack of executive experience before assuming the presidency.

Sarah Palin criticizes our democratically elected...truly elected President for speaking to an audience of viewers on daytime television...the same woman who quit her repsonsibilities in mid-term as governor to become...a daytime television Ms. commentator on Fox? this is the only time in my life I will use this, but here it goes LOL!

Her comment does not sit well with me. If anyone actually watched the interview, Obama pretty much made it clear that he did the interview on the View because there are certain groups of people who would watch this show over the news or other more official political appearances (e.g. state of the union address). Besides the View happens to have both democrats and republicans, it gives Obama an opportunity to address issues from both sides. Obama already said in the interview that he knows people are going to criticize him, but he is there for a reason. Besides does this mean that Palin thinks it's NOT important to talk to the people of America? Does she actually know what the President's schedule is? I mean, she quit being the Governor of Alaska, so does she REALLY know what it's like to LEAD a nation or even a State?

I thought he did fine on the View. It wasn't meant to be a hard core interview. You notice that they kept Elizabeth away from him. Palin is being a little trite here but you should see all the trtite remarks dems make toward Palin. DRunk sailors wouldn't use the language that dems describe Palin with.

Pandering Obama is such a nice guy huh! He sits and chats with the little people and he is sooooo cute! Which side of his mouth was he talking through? Or was he talking out of his back side.
