Chelsea Clinton Wedding Likely to Limit Airspace
(CBS)
Preparations for Chelsea Clinton's wedding in Rhinebeck, N.Y. are in full swing. Aerial photos obtained by CBS News show a massive, glass-front tent now up at the site of the big event: the posh, 50-acre estate known as Astor Courts.
Additionally, CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano reported Thursday the Federal Aviation Administration has put into place a ban on flights around Astor Courts below 2,000 feet, which goes into effect from 3:00 Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning at 3:30 a.m.

But, Quijano said, it looks as if the celebrations have already begun in Rhinebeck, with locals popping champagne in the streets -- even though the the nuptials are still two days away.
The father of the groom -- former congressman Edward Mezvinsky -- told "Inside Edition" he's ready to be a father-in-law.
He said, "I'm a proud papa...the family's excited...these are two wonderful human beings that have sensitivity about life and have a warm regard for family and that's what it's really all about."
But Quijano said we now know one person who didn't get an invite: President Obama, the boss of the mother-of-the-bride. Obama told ABC's "The View": "I was not invited to the wedding because I think Hillary and Bill, properly, want to keep this thing for Chelsea and her soon-to-be husband."
As the crush of media moves in to Rhinebeck, hotels have booked up, so local residents, looking to cash in, are renting their homes.
The area, Quijano said, has become a liberal-leaning celebrity hangout in recent years with Uma Thurman, Sarah Jessica Parker and Drew Barrymore have all been spotted in Rhinebeck.
But the celebrity grabbing all the attention this weekend is Chelsea Clinton.
A dress shop owner told CBS News, "She was here a few moths ago. She actually came in here and bought a pair of jeans and dress and she was as sweet as can be!"
But even if they don't catch a glimpse of the bride, the residents of Rhinebeck, Quijano said, are already enjoying the party.
