Pope Finishes Second Book on Jesus Christ

The Vatican says Pope Benedict XVI has finished writing the second installment on the life of Jesus Christ, though it will be several months before the volume hits bookstores.

A Vatican statement Monday said the work focuses on the passion and resurrection of Jesus.

The first installment, which offered a personal meditation on the life and teachings of Jesus, went on sale in 2007 and became a best-seller.

The Vatican says the new text has been given to both a publisher in Germany and the official Vatican publisher, Libreria Editrice Vaticana, which will provide other publishers with the text for translation from the pope's original German.

The book's release will take a few months because the Vatican says it wants simultaneous release in the main languages.

If the Pope really knew anything about Jesus, he would be familiar with Jesus Christ's words to those falsely claiming to be his followers, "I never knew you! Get away from me you workers of lawlessness."(read Matthew 7:15-23)
Or the Apostle Paul's inspired words "They publicly declare they know God but they disown him by their works because they are detestable...."

It's very obvious that the Pope does not read God's word or follow it since The Catholic Church and the Pope's actions are in absolute contradiction to what Christ believed and taught his true followers.
Christ stated "He that has my commandments and observes them, that one is he who loves me....He that does not love me does not observe my words;.....(read John 14:15-24)
After all the terrible wickedness and horrendous evil scandals being uncovered and exposed in the Catholic Church and the Pope also being involved, what utter Hypocrisy! What arrogance!what shamelessness this Pope has to write a book about Jesus.

The Prophet Jeremiah aptly describes the Pope and Catholic Church's shameless attitude at Jeremiah 6:15, which states "Did they feel shame because it was something detestable they had done?? For one thing they positively do not feel any shame; for another thing they have not come to know how to feel humiliated.....
If someone wants to really know about Jesus they should read the four gospels written by Christ's TRUE APOSTLES not by some Pope who is involved with consent and coverup to pedophile priests who sodomize innocent children. The true Christ and his true followers would never condone such evil Satanic wickedness done to children.

I hear that a person gets a discount on pergatory if they buy one and send one to a friend. No wonder it is a best seller. How many Catholics are there?

Christ Jesus did die for all sins, including those sins of these pedophile priests.
His resurrection assured forgiveness of sins; if you truly sorry for your sins and repent of them and make amends for them. If not--well you die in your sins and face the results/punishment for them in eternity.
The death, passion, and resurrection of Christ Jesus is the message of the saving Gospel..Christ died for me! Christ has risen from the dead for me! Christ will come again for me!
Let's hope that is the message of this Pope's book!

I'm sure that makes all the victims feel a whole lot better!!

They grew up with the fact a priest--a trusted "man of God" did this to them, wondering as children do---why.

So I suppose all the church needs to do is tell these victims God forgives the priests---ok--hopefully, they wil burn for eternity in Hell but God will forgive them and loves them.

WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIMS?????????????????????
