What do you eat when you eat alone?

On "The Early Show" several bloggers and a mom shared what they like to eat when no one is looking.

Olga Massov, of Sassy Radish.com, shared that she likes to eat a bologna sandwich when no one else is around.

But Adam Roberts, of The Amateur Gourmet.com, goes after the carbs with spaghetti carbonara when he's eating alone.

He says, "If I'm cooking for other people I feel an obligation to have a protein, to have a vegetable, but if it's just me if I'm home alone like everything goes out the window."

Laurielle Clark has love for pork in her home.

The blogger of Sheate.com says she has "crazy cravings" for chilins and center-cut chops.

Her husband Michael Clark said, "She has an 'I LOVE PORK' tee-shirt."

For Marc Matsumoto, of NoRecipes.com, his favorite is fermented soy beans and scallions.

"As you stir it and its got a little bit of a pungent smell like cheese and a very slimy texture, so its definitely something that's an acquired taste."

For Brooke Macon, a mom, eating what she likes isn't always an option.

She explained, "Ever since Harper was born, I haven't been alone for a meal…We've been trying pigs in a blanket.

She tried to get her baby to eat the food, but she didn't like it.

Macon said, pointing to the mangled meat, "That'll be my lunch."

But what do our anchors like to eat when no one is looking?

Deborah Madison, a New Mexico-based chef and co-author of the new book "What We Eat When We Eat Alone" helped "The Early Show" anchors open up about their favorite private food choices.
