Did Kate Hudson join the ranks of plastic surgery queen Heidi Montag and go under the knife to get breast implants?
According to Us magazine, an insider says that a plastic surgeon performed a small breast augmentation on the 30-year-old actress in late March. And the mom to son Ryder, 6, looked noticeably fuller on top while poolside in Miami on April 9.
The blonde beauty who's inherited mother Goldie Hawn's good looks and funny, loveable personality has always appeared to embrace what God gave her by proudly wearing revealing bikinis and gowns.
"I have small breasts, obviously," Kate Hudson proudly proclaimed at the 2002 Golden Globes. "It's nice to be able to wear a plunging neckline and have it be elegant," Us reports.
So was the "Almost Famous" actress really comfortable in her own skin?
"Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities," an unnamed source told Us magazine.
Hudson's rep did not return requests for comment.
The actress, who also starred in "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," "You, Me and Dupree," has been romantically linked to Yankee's Alex Rodriguez and her "Dupree" co-star Owen Wilson.
