Report: Sandra Bullock Wants Stepdaughter

Sandra Bullock has a lot on her plate.

Just 10 days after the high of winning an Academy Award for Best Actress, she learned of an alleged affair her husband, Jesse James, had with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.

"The Blind Side" star has since moved out of the Los Angeles home she shared with James and cancelled appearances at international premieres and award shows, as well as refusing to address her husband's supposed infidelities.

And now, more women are coming out of the woodwork. According to reports, the count is currently up to five claiming to have had an affair with James.

So, has she had enough?

According to Radar Online and US Weekly, the answer is "yes."

Radar Online reports sources say Bullock "has made up her mind" and "she's ending the marriage."

Bradley Jacobs, senior editor of US Weekly, said on "The Early Show," US has learned from a friend of Bullock's that the star "definitely" wants a divorce.

"She's not going back to him. She's not interested in the excuses. She's been speaking with her lawyer," Jacobs said. "So I think it's just a matter of time."

However, Bullock isn't through with her stepdaughter Sunny, Bradley said. US has reported that she's looking to get custody of the 6-year-old girl, Bradley said.

Jacobs said on "The Early Show," "Think about it, Sandra's been married to Jesse for five years and they have raised this girl together. Her mother, her biological mother, is in a halfway house, she was a former porn star, she's an admitted drug addict. So basically Sandra has been this girl's mother. Now she wants to divorce Jesse, but she still wants to raise Sunny. It's an interesting legal question, because Sandra, of course, is not the biological (mother) or (has any) legal claims to this girl. But she basically is her mother."

Bullock's representatives have denied the star is seeking custody.

James is currently in a rehabilitation facility for sex and drug addiction, according to Radar Online and US Weekly.

Can't feel sorry for her. She knew what she was getting into. This guy was a bad egg from the start and she should have realized she couldn't change him. We all know what attracted him to her, they say he is well hung.

He's egotistical and arrogant as this is easily seen when he's on TV. A no-talent bad boy who got lucky and got everything handed to him. Once again, he's going to come out of this with lots of money.

Appalling, utter nonsense. Lots of cheating is not about needs, but wants, and this guy seems to want more than one woman.

As far as I"m concerned, let her have the little girl. The mother is horrible. Looking at the women Jesse was cheating with, I'd have to say he's blind and stupid. Sandra may be the best chance that little girl has.

I love Sandra and so respect her. I know that she is in a very difficult place right now and has some hard decisions to make. It is very apparent that she loves her husband and for him to have committed this act...well, he apparently doesn't love her. Is her love for him enough to be able to work though this situation or has he destroyed that love? Only time will tell. You have my heart felt wishes and prayers, Sandra.

I don't see how any non-biological relative by marriage has a right to custody of a child when both biological parents have not been declared to be unfit parents. It isn't a question of who has the most resources to give to the child.

I don't see how Sandra Bullock has any right to custody of the stepdaughter unless and until Jesse James is declared to be an unfit father...and I seriously doubt that adultry will make him an unfit father in the eyes of the law.

As far as the mother being unfit, the fact that Jesse has custody says something. I bet he wouldn't have gotten custody if it hadn't been for him being married to Sandra. Maybe that is why he married her. He probably wouldn't have gotten custody if he hadn't.

And no, adultry alone isn't going to make him an unfit father. Although the fact that he can't seem to keep his pants zipped AT ALL, and also having unprotected sex should make him lose some points. From the sounds of things he also spent little time with her. Then there is that picture of him out there where he is dressed up as a Nazi...that may cost some more points. There are probably all sorts of things that we haven't even begun to hear about.

You know, when a women sleeps around with MANY men, they are known as ***** or nymphomaniacs. That always seems to make THEM unfit, doesn't it?

If you actually read the story, it goes on to say that Bullock's representatives deny that she is seeking custody.
