Sandra Bullock, Jesse James Split?

(CBS)  Is it splitsville for Sandra Bullock, the Oscar-winning actress, and Jesse James, the celebrity mechanic who reportedly was unable to shake his attraction for the wild side while his wife was filming "The Blind Side?"

According to People, Bullock packed her bags - no word on her golden statue - days before tattoo fetish model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee claimed that she had an 11 month sexual affair with the Monster Garage host.

On Thursday, James delivered a Tiger-esque apology.

"There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me," he said. "It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way."

Like Tiger, no mention of what that poor judgment entailed.

And while James may not have had Bullock's back, fans do, and some aren't accepting his apology.

"He was willing to risk his marriage with a classy, sexy, talented and intelligent women to boost his inadequacy as a man," commented a fan on People. "Regardless of your fame you will never have the class Sandra has."

Bullock hasn't made an official comment of her intentions. And while things look bad for the Hollywood couple who have been married since 2005, Bullock, like Elin Woods, may decide to pause while her personal life is played out in the public eye.

I never understood why she was married to this guy.. i watched an entire season of Celebrity Apprentice (not sure why :)) with him as a contestant, and he acted very strange, rude and seemed totally clueless..

In some cases I would say stay and work it out, but this man sat there and let her praise him for having her back.
With her money she can do whatever she wants but I say run Sandra.

Remember her speech at the Golden Globes? It was so touching that she said her acting has been better since she married Jesse because he "had her back" and there were tears...what the heck happened? How does anyone believe the mistress won't talk when there is fame/money involved? How stupid can a person be??

That plastic creature he laid with looks like something that crawled out of a sewer. Her desire to be famous is only superceded by her very incorrect idea that she is attractive on any level. Oh, I'm not talking about the tattoos either. She is just foul looking. Her plastic chest looks fake, stiff and so totally unattractive. I do not get what these trashy, gross women get out of carving themselves up like that.

I feel for Sandra, but only because she's the victim of a cheating spouse. I don't know, nor will I ever know her, but I can't imagine how difficult it must be for her to go through this, especially with the whole world reading about it. For him to do this to her, after her winning the Oscar and being on such a high note just shows the scum he is.

Let's see now; a man who keeps buff, covers himself in tattoos, dyes his hair, marries a porn star, then a movie star, then cheats with a tattoo freak... Seems to me as Mr. James has virility issues. The second his wife received more spotlight than he did, he went and did something to hurt her. This means they will never be able to reconcile because I hope she will continue to have a stellar career, and chances are he'll jump on anything to belittle her, the next time she gets nominated for another award. I'm sure it wasn't something he planned, but little, mediocre people react like that, when the spotlight is focused on someone else... and retaliate, if they have any power towards the person who took their spotlight. She will never be able to trust him again, and it's a shame; I don't think the man, in his profound ignorance, ever understood how lucky he was when she accepted to marry him. In a sinister, twisted way, I have a feeling he's even enjoying this kind of attention: to people like him, bad publicity is better than none at all. What a selfish loser.
