(CBS)  British supermodel Naomi Campbell is in trouble again after she allegedly assaulted a hired driver from the back of a luxury SUV on Tuesday, before hopping out of the car and running away. Police filed a harassment report but are not pursuing a criminal case.

This wasn't the first time her temper got her in trouble. In June 2008, she pleaded guilty after prosecutors said she cursed, kicked and spat at police in a rage over a missing piece of luggage in London's Heathrow airport; she was sentenced to 200 hours of community service.

In 2007, she did a week of community service in New York after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault for hurling a cell phone at her maid because of a vanished pair of jeans. And in 2000, Campbell pleaded guilty in Toronto to an assault charge for beating an assistant who said the model whacked her on the head with a phone.

Campbell isn't the first celebrity whose temper has caused trouble. Here are some others:

Photos: Stars with Anger Issues

-Sean Penn: Penn served 33 days in jail after assaulting a photographer on a film set in 1987, during his marriage to Madonna. Later in their marriage, he was charged with felony domestic assault. The two divorced in 1989. On Feb. 19, 2010, he was charged with battery and vandalism over an Oct. 2, 2009, incident in which he allegedly approached and kicked a photographer, breaking his camera. The incident was caught on camera by TMZ.com.

-Amy Winehouse: On April 26, 2008, Winehouse was cautioned by police after she slapped a man in the face. On March 5, 2009, she was arrested and charged with common assault after a woman claimed Winehouse hit her in the eye at a September 2008 event; she was found not guilty of the charge. On Dec. 19, 2009, she was arrested again after she assaulted a theater manager after he asked her to leave a family Christmas show because she had too much to drink. She was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs and compensation to the man she attacked.

-Mike Tyson: On Nov. 12, 2009, the boxer and a photographer allegedly got into a scuffle at Los Angeles International Airport. The photographer told police that Tyson hit him, while Tyson's rep claims he was attacked by the "overly aggressive" photographer. He was arrested again in 2003 after fighting with two men outside a hotel in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

-Chris Brown: On Feb. 9, 2009, Brown was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats after an alleged altercation with Rihanna. A leaked photo of the bruised and beaten singer later surfaced on the Internet. On Aug. 25, he was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor.

-Kanye West: On Sept. 11, 2008, West and his road manager were arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after an altercation with a photographer. He was charged with one count of misdemeanor vandalism, one count of grand theft and one count of battery. He was arrested again on Nov. 14, 2008, after allegedly assaulting another photographer outside a nightclub in Newcastle, England. He was not charged.

-Christian Bale: In June 2008, the actor unleashed a profanity-laced tirade on the set of the film "Terminator Salvation." Bale was angry because the film's director of photography, Shane Hurlbut, ruined his concentration by walking into the actor's line of sight during a scene. The audio of the incident was released in February 2009. Bale was also accused of assaulting his mother and sister at London's Dorchester Hotel in July 2008, but British prosecutors did not file charges.

-Alec Baldwin: In 2007, an angry voicemail Baldwin left for his daughter, Ireland, was leaked onto the Internet. In the message, which he left because Ireland didn't answer his call at a pre-arranged time, the actor called her a "thoughtless little pig" and threatened to fly from New York to Los Angeles to "straighten [her] out."

-Russell Crowe: In 2005, Crowe was arrested in New York after he threw a telephone at a hotel employee. The actor was allegedly angry over the hotel having trouble connecting a call to Australia. He was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault with a deadly weapon (the telephone). He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a conditional discharge.

-Kid Rock: The rocker was arrested for assault in February 2005 after punching a disc jockey at a strip club in Nashville, Tenn. He pleaded no contest. He was cited for misdemeanor battery on Sept. 9, 2007, after allegedly punching Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards.

-Burt Reynolds: In 2005, Reynolds allegedly slapped a CBS producer during an interview at the New York screening of "The Longest Yard." The actor had starred in the original version of the film and had a role in the remake. Reynolds' rep insisted the "slap" was really a "playful tap" and that the actor was only kidding.

-Courtney Love: On Oct. 3, 2003, Love was arrested in Los Angeles for breaking windows to enter the home of her boyfriend, manager and producer, Jim Barber. He did not press charges, but police charged her with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

It seems that the police are just waiting for this lunatic woman to seriously injure or kill someone. This woman belongs in jail. More to the story? There is no reason for this lunatic to lay her hands on anyone. She has no self control or any idea how to behave in decent society. I hope that the driver presses charges and gets this crazy woman the help that she desperately needs. Naomi has become more of a national joke than someone that is viewed for her accomplishments. She needs long term therapy. All children learn that actions have consequences. Did Naomi's parents not teach this to her demented daughter? Everyone is asking that the Sea World whale be put down for three deaths, but a habitual abuser and batterer can walk free to strike out again? Lock this lunatic up in a mental facility or jail. Then, she might finally learn how to act in decent society.
