(CBS/ AP)  Government officials say a flight was diverted to Jacksonville, Fla., because a passenger on board was an apparent match to a name on the terrorist watch list.

But according to a law enforcement official, the passenger on diverted flight was not an actual match to the list. The flight is now continuing to Bogota, CBS News has learned.

According to an internal government report, the flight, operated by Continental Airlines, originated in Newark and was bound for Bogota, Colombia. It was diverted to Jacksonville International Airport.

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to discuss the incident.

Idiots. There has to be a better way to run National Security than to make a list of everyone with the same name as one criminal.
