Pre-Wedding Video Goes Viral
(CBS)
Jeffrey Wong and Erin Martin have raised the wedding bar considerably when it comes to making "Save the Date" wedding videos. The couple created a videotaped version of the traditional "save the date" invitation, and it plays like a feature film.
Wong and Martin appeared on "The Early Show" from Sydney, Australia, to discuss how they made their video, how they met and their upcoming nuptials.
Wong said he took a couple film classes in college, but he and his bride-to-be learned the technical side of the making the film as they went along.
Martin said it took three months to complete the project. She said they had fun, working most of their weekends and some late nights to finish it.
Martin said they've received messages from around the world in response to the film.
"So many people have said it makes the smile, it's made them laugh, it's made them cry," she said. "So it's really been unexpected."
