Orb Networks replaces CEO with company's chairman
Joe Costello, chairman of Orb Networks, has replaced Jim Behrens as the company's CEO.
Orb produces software that transmits video from computers to Web-enabled mobile devices. Orb competes against other companies, such as Sling Media, in the place-shifting category, services that enable customers to watch TV anywhere they choose.
Based in Emeryville, Calif., Orb was founded in 2004.
