Heidi Montag's Plastic Surgery Obession

(CBS)  Former "The Hills" star Heidi Montag may be tabloid-hungry, but when it comes to plastic surgery, she's got an even bigger appetite.

For the reality-TV-star-turned-singer, going under the knife has become an "obession," to which she openly admits.

Montag fesses up in this month's issue of People Magazine to having 10 procedures, which included breast enlargements, chin reduction, nose job and more, in one day -- and she's says she's not done yet.

"For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done," Montag told People. "I'm beyond obsessed."

Montag kept the plastic surgeries secret from her family when she began her procedure on Nov. 20.

The 23-year-old blonde, who was described as pretty before she went under the knife, is married to her media-savvy former "The Hills" co-star, Spencer Pratt. The couple has been dubbed "Speidi."

The couple, who starred in another reality TV show, "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!" has written a book called, "How to Be Famous."
