Woman Charged in McNuggets Attack

Police say an Ohio woman punched through a McDonald's drive-through window because she couldn't get Chicken McNuggets.

Twenty-four-year-old Melodi Dushane has pleaded not guilty to a vandalism charge in Toledo. Police were called Friday to the restaurant where she allegedly became upset because chicken nuggets weren't available.

Police say Dushane was treated for injuries, then jailed. She was released on a recognizance bond and ordered not to have contact with the restaurant. The phone number for her home address isn't listed.

A manager at the McDonald's declined Monday to discuss the incident.

A Fort Pierce, Fla., woman was cited last March on a charge of misusing 911 after calling three times to complain about not getting McNuggets she ordered.

From the number of posts, it worked. People love this type of article. It is simple and easy to understand. This type of article doesn't require too much thinking.

All the baseless acusations of this woman's alleged drug use aside, what bothers me about this is the extent of the stupid things people get this upset about today. Wasn't there a sitdown student protest at a major university about ten years ago fighting for the right to have Captain Crunch in the school cafeteria? Good Lord.

I loaded the kids back into my and the other parents vehicles drove across the street to braums. the orders were perfect we were served in 42 minutes which i thiught was amazing. The police locate me and want to charge me with theft by deception for paying for food at mcdonalds. I sacked everything up had them sign it as evidence as part of agreement to pay for food . They were more than happy to settle this problem by complying.Later in court since not one bite had been taken from the mcdonalds order. They judged in my favor since the product was not recieved as promised nor was it accepted or showed evidence of acceptance by no part being eaten . I got my money returned to me plus one and a half the amount for civil judgement .i take every oppurtunity too bad mouth the service of mcdonalds daily to anyone who will listen.

Thankyou someone finally stands up besides my aunt. She and I both see it as the customers are the ones that are paying their paychecks. If they keep up the way they are going nobody that works at Mcdonalds will have a paycheck simply because they can't do one thing right...provide good customer service and the right order the first time around! Thankyou!
