Kevin Jonas, Former Hairdresser Marry

(CBS/AP)  The oldest sibling of pop group the Jonas Brothers and a former hairdresser have married at a French-style chateau in suburban New York.

People Magazine is reporting that Kevin Jonas, 22, married Danielle Deleasa, 23, Saturday evening on Long Island, as a heavy snowstorm bore down on the wedding party.

The ceremony was held at Oheka Castle, a 109,000-square-foot estate in Cold Spring Harbor.

The couple told People that the wedding went on as planned. About 400 relatives and friends attended.

"We're so happy that we're finally married and we were able to share the special moment with family, friends and loved ones," the couple told People.

Celebrity event planner Michael Russo created a fairy-tale forest theme that included heated white tents with 14-foot trees and crystals made to look like icicles.

The bride wore a strapless tulle and Chantilly lace Vera Wang gown.

"Danielle looked like a princess," Russo told People.

Jonas' brothers Joe and Nick served as his best men.

How about you quit with the griping and just wish them good luck. They are going to need it in today's world.

i am not a teenager, nor a jonas bros. fan, but i am curious as to why the headline wasn't "kevin jonas, fiance marry"? why is her former occupation relevant? it seems like a rather snotty little dig.

Agreed - further, is there a reason why she should be his former stylist? Perhaps this is the career she has chosen for herself, or not, but i would think being "former" would be up to him and her.
