How Elin Can Get the Most Money from Tiger

(CBS)  How can Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, make the most money in her current situation?

According to Raoul Felder, a celebrity divorce lawyer, it won't be through divorce.

Felder, who has represented clients in cases involving Rudy Giuliani, Mike Tyson, Elizabeth Taylor, Mick Jagger, and Jason Kidd, said it would be in Nordegren's best interest to stay with Woods -- at least in the short term.

Asked by "Early Show" co-anchor Harry Smith whether it would be to Elin's financial advantage to stay in the relationship, at last in the short-term," in light of there apparently being both pre- and post-nuptial agreements in place, Felder responded, "O, sure! When you have a pre-nup, the man's in power," Felder explained. "He says, 'If you don't sign, I'm not gonna marry you.' When he's caught cheating, cheating, cheating, cheating, the wife says, 'I'm not going to stay in the marriage, unless you sign this new post-nuptial, and up it."

"So, she stands to lose lots of money if she's suing for divorce," Felder said. "I would not bet she's suing for divorce because (if she is), first of all, she has to have residency. ... Second of all, if she were my client -- and I think with any divorce lawyer -- you'd want to have your client near you so you could be there for every twist and turn. She's (said to be) off to Sweden somewhere. So I think she's maybe just going into seclusion or licking her wounds or whatever."

Smith added that Nordegren doesn't even have to live in the same house with Woods, saying, "For her, it may pay off in the short term to say, 'I am married to this guy' -- in quotation marks."

But Felder said Nordegren's move to go to Sweden wasn't the wisest choice.

"I don't think she makes much sense," he said. "She seems to fly by the seat of her pants -- but so does (Tiger)."

As for Felder's advice to the golf star, he says Woods should keep shelling out the cash.

"I'd say, 'Get a bigger pocketbook and sit down with her, and just keep paying, paying. Hopefully, you'll save some of the endorsements,' " he said. "He makes $117 million a year -- 17 from golf, 100 from endorsements. So, if he keeps the balls in the air for maybe two years, three years, it's $100 million every year coming in."

Mrs. Lerner unfortunately for her owns 1/2 of Mr.Lerner's investment banking firm Morgen Evan & Company because he has harassed Mrs. Lerner since he left the marital home, the night of a huge fire on the couple's anniversary, and fled the country with his federal explosives license in tow. Law Enforcement must be alerted because Judge Drager has sided with deadbeat billionaire Mark J. Lerner consistently for two years. Mark Lerner a deadbeat dad who hasn't seen his kids in 2 years has not adhered to one court order and that's okay with Judge Laura Drager. Now the marital home is being sold and Mark Lerner has fled the country again...without leaving his power of attorney so the home sells. Predictions are that Judge Drager will order the home sold today and Mrs. Lerner's monies from the sale taken and put in Escrow, as per Mr. Lerner's Threats. Mark Lerner warned his wife thata he and Judge Drager would never let her get her hands on a cent. Time and time again Mark Lerner has threatened and intimated verbally and by email that he has Judge Laura Drager in his back pocket. Where is the liberal New York City Media Elite on this story? A small mention was made in the New York Post. Where is the New York Times? I guess there is no SEX in protecting the American Family.

This story is about to break wide open. Two of the five Matrimonial Judges in Manhattan Divorce Court have a racket going where they seem to always decide in favor of the monied spouse?.the rich spouse. . This travesty happens daily with at least two judges. It works this way?the judge first admonishes the spouse who has money?and then they decide against the desperate non-monied spouse(usually the wife and kids) until they lose everything?. They have no qualms in regard to destroying mothers and children. It is criminal The story below is just the beginning. It is believed that the corruption begins with a handful of powerfully famous matrimonial attorneys who are media hounds who have a long-running arrangement with these two judges. These judges have no interest in protecting the responsible innocent spouse and their children. They seem to rule time after time for the Deadbeat Rich Spouse who has abandoned their children.

I always felt Elin really loved the guy, and I felt he truly loved her too. It's a shame that it's really neither of them that will pay. Well he'll pay money, but it's the kids will pay without a full time father, that's the real payment. I hope that was worth his dilly dallying around in his off time.
