One of the many women claiming to have had a sexual relationship with Tiger Woods says she regrets not having given any thought to the impact the affair would have on the golfing great's wife.
Jaimee Grubbs told Extra TV she's sorry about what she did to Elin Nordegren.

Grubbs, who's appeared on the VH1 reality show "Tool Academy," claims she met Woods in Las Vegas in April 2007, when she was working as a 21-year-old cocktail waitress, and began what she says was a 31-month-long affair.

She told Extra, "I have no words to explain, you know, what I've done to her or her family. I guess I would be deeply sorry for never considering her during the whole process."

Grubbs told Inside Edition she thought Woods cared about her, but now, she calls his actions hurtful and says she feels betrayed.

Meanwhile, more intimate e-mails and text messages between Woods and his alleged mistresses have surfaced.

But still to be heard from: Nordegren, who's said to be even more private than Woods himself.

A former model and one-time nanny, Nordegren has been busy in recent years raising the couple's two young children.

According to a source who spoke with People magazine, Nordegren "really believes in the importance of parents staying together."

Still, another source revealed Nordegren is "devastated by the extent of Tiger's cheating."

And someone reported to be a lifelong friend of Nordegren told People, "Don't let the pretty blond thing fool you. She is tough. She's a fighter. And I'm sure she's fighting like hell right now to keep her family intact, but also to make sure Tiger will always be haunted by this."

Narcissists lack empathy. Sure, everyone gets bored in their marriages and fantasizes. But it's the empathy for the spouse and the children who will be affected that usually stops the fantasy from becoming a reality. It's about knowing yourself, your weaknesses and not putting yourself in situations where you may be tempted. Jesse Ventura said that he never goes to bars or drinks wantonly because those factors weaken the will. So if a person travels away from home, just go to your room, watch TV, read a book, call your spouse or a friend, etc. AND choose friends that support your marriage rather friends who try to challenge you to "go for it". They don't really care about you since true friends don't want you to mess up your life. I don't want to moralize, but come on....grow up and act with responsibility if you got married. If you're single, do what you want. If you're unhappy in your marriage, discuss it and if it can't be worked out, get divorced. Yes, it's difficult, but don't just decide to deceive your spouse. NO ONE wants to be lied to. Most people would rather have a relationship dissolve than be deceived. Another important factor are diseases...yes a real possibility. Would you want to be responsible for someone else getting AIDS because of your irresponsibility? Tiger's behavior is just so outrageous

Gee Jamie...maybe you (and Tiger, and whomever else jumped on the mediawh*re band wagon) should have thought about that before you assisted in destroying an entire family...you really think your words are going to mean anything to Elin??? And then THIS quote:

"Grubbs told Inside Edition she thought Woods cared about her, but now, she calls his actions hurtful and says she feels betrayed."

You can not be serious....YOU feel betrayed?? If I were Elin, I'd want to rip your hair out for such a ball-zy remark...just do her a favour and shut up cause every word out of your mouth just makes it worse

I'm amazed at how many women are involved... at how many women are willing to sleep with a married man. I really don't think the world is becoming more civilized. There seems to be evidence of our lack of self-control everywhere we look. What do they call that, Narcissism? We're a narcissist society? Just interested in what pleases me? I think there's a cure for it. I got involved with helping an orphanage in a 3rd world country and the more I learn about it the more I realize how selfish I've been. In fact, I wish the light had turned on a long time ago. I'm making changes, so I can be more useful. ... How did I get off on this tangent anyway.

narcissism is self love - has nothing to do with lack of self control, however, you are indeed on the mark with married people straying...consequences apparently don't come in to the rhelm of concern until they're caught...then the real heartache begins...spouse, kids, in-laws...everyone gets betrayed and the excuse is "I didn't think about how it would effect you"...Ummm...OK? not.

Why is anyone surprised....this kind of thing has been going on for years, decades....many many married professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL have at least a half dozen women waiting for them in EVERY city that the athlete visits. To many of these women having flings with the rich and famous is a part of their lifestyle...they actively seek out professional athletes for flings, they're hunting grounds are at sports arenas, nightclub hotspots, hotel bars and lobbies....it's not uncommon for some of these women to have had multiple flings with several different married athletes....it's the dirty little secret about sports that is rarely covered.......

You forgot to mention politicians, movie stars, and anyone else with any notoriety. If it weren't for all these, we might think that our lives were unique in the fact that they are all too messed up. It could be worse for us "normal" folk. The media could take as much interest in our stumbles as much as it does the famous.

Tiger Woods is a narcisstic ho'mosexual. Women might spin lies about his romantic life. But, Tiger cares about his money. If he is smart, Tiger should become a born again Christian. American society does not appreciate playboys in public with their conquests.

Hmmm....maybe you should re-read your post, sign off of the public blog, do a little homework on the matter, so you can stop making normal Christians look like the looney tune nutjob you are

I hope Elin and Tiger can put it back together but they're going to really have to work at it and he has to be lily white from now on. If I were Elin, I'm not sure that I could ever learn to trust him again even if he never had another escapade. But I hope they will try.

It's ironic, to me, that the bimbo apologies to Elin publicly, but Tiger hasn't. Not a good start at reconciliation. That should have been the first thing he did if he was truly sorry. Makes me wonder.
