What is the United States Army's policy on blogging from the front lines of Iraq? Here's a copy of the memo, which was first obtained by OpTruth.

To correct some comments on this article, asking a politician not to take communion has nothing to do with the First Amendment?s Establishment Clause. That clause applies to the Congress and now the states, but not the reverse. Churches are free to deal with their own members as they see fit, provided no civil laws are broken. In addition, they are also free to enter the political arena, provided no IRS regulations governing tax exempt status are violated. Whether they prevail is a different story.

How many Priests have the bishops banned from communion after they have been caught in the child abuse scandals? I firmly believe in separate church from state. And to Bishop Tobin, I say "don't judge, lest you be judged!"

Catholic Church services are being re-written as we speak. At communion, the priest will ask you, "Are you against abortion, the death penalty, stem cell research and gay marriage." And if you answer "yes", the priest will say, "the Body of Christ", and you will receive communion.

The Passing of the Peace is being re-written to go something like this, "Peace be with you, and to Anglicans who join the Catholic Church because Women and Gays aren't allowed here."

The Prayer for Peace will add a new prayer. "Dear Heavenly Father, for all those who aren't Catholic?" response, "Go to Hell."

Taking a breath has nothing to do with who someone is. When you can think rationally, Slow...then maybe you can actually add something to the debate."

What a moron. Stop breathing and tell me it doesn't affect who you are (and make sure you read this correctly in the present tense, as you so often have reading-comprehension problems...). Sounds like you're the one having problems thinking rationally, as usual, Mortimer.

Also Mortarman-29 do not judge anyone who has had an abortion. You don't know what they feel going into it or the effect it will have on them for the rest of their lives. I assure these women don't go have an abortion on the spur of the moment.

-----------------

Actually, I do have a right to judge. The Bible says I have that right...as I am to judge what is right and wrong.

What I am not allowed to do is to condemn. That is God's job.

My wife and I have worked for years helping those that were in trouble and help these ladies look for better alternatives than to kill their child.

But at the end of the day, killing a child is wrong. I am free to judge that it is wrong. I dont condemn these women...I know the pain they are going thru as they make these decisions. But, killing an innocent child is not a moral or an adequate option to their porblem.

If you see someone killing children, please call the police.

1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The issue is this. The Catholic Church is trying to codify religious beliefs in sceular law. I am not a Christian. I should not be bound by the religious beliefs of Christians.

Wake up johndevinejr! Most if not all the laws of our land are based on the moral law, directives, commandments given at Mt. Sinai thousands of years ago. Many Christians, not only the Roman Catholics, but also Jews, Muslims believe that abortion is the taking of human life--murder.
Therefore, abortion is breaking a secular law--taking of human life--murder. Look what happened in Nazis Germany, when their government defined what was right or wrong. The Nazis had their own Bible and religion--but it was called secular, not religious.
Now, if our government commanded me to not eat meat on Fridays, or forced me to go to Mass, or order to me pray the Rosary; I would loudly protest. Do you see the difference?

I'm glad there are people like Tobin who have the guts to stand up to this left wing atheist mafia. If Kennedy can't maintain the standard he should quit calling himself a Catholic.

If Torbin can not understand the concept of separation of church state then he should not call himself an American.
