(AP)  TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Newly elected Tulsa City Councilor Maria Barnes learned just hours after her election it's like to be a crime victim. Barnes was at her election watch party Tuesday night when a man grabbed her wallet from her purse and ran. Barnes and several supporters chased the suspect several blocks before catching the 26-year-old suspect and holding him for police.
