D-Link Xtreme N Storage Router DIR-685
The D-Link DIR 685 is the first wireless router that's also a photo-frame and a network storage device, and it has a drive bay hosting a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive. While the photo-frame feature doesn't really work out (mostly because the router's LCD is too small), other features of the router proved useful in our tests.
$230-$260

HP MediaSmart Server LX195
The HP LX195 is easily the best sub-$400 NAS server on the market. It currently rates as the fastest NAS server CNET has reviewed and comes with a very comprehensive and easy-to-use backup solution for home users. Powered by Windows Home Server, it will make a lot of PC users feel at ease, as it is simple to set up and successfully manage.
$270-$420

QNAP TS-239 Pro dual-bay NAS server
The QNAP TS239 Pro is among the top NAS performers. It offers RAID 1 and RAID 0 configurations and has a very easy-to-use interface. It also supports IP cameras, external hard drives, and printers, thanks to its USB ports.
$485-$500

Samsung SyncMaster XL2370
This thin, light, LED-based 23-inch monitor is simply one of the best monitors of the year. It has a superbright screen, great performance, and is sexy enough to be perfectly at home in any downtown modern apartment, add agency, or trendy nightclub.
$299

Dell G2410
The Dell G2410 is one of the lowest-priced and best-performing LED-based monitors. While not as pretty as the Samsung XL2370, its performance keeps it in the same league.
$300-$399

Dell SP2309W
The main reason this 23-incher appears on the list is its 2,048x1,152-pixel resolution. A superhigh resolution is not only great for PC gaming, but - because it scales down - works wonderfully for console gaming and watching movies as well. The five USB ports, screen swivel and built-in Webcam seal the deal.
