Susan Finkelstein, a self-described diehard Philadelphia Phillies fan, was arrested Oct. 27, 2009 after allegedly offering sex in exchange for World Series tickets. (KYW)
Bensalem police say 43-year-old Susan Finkelstein was arrested on Tuesday.
Investigators say Finkelstein posted an ad on the Web site Craigslist in which she described herself as a "gorgeous, tall, buxom blonde diehard Phillies fan" in desperate need of tickets, according to CBS station KYW-TV in Philadelphia.
Police say her posting went on to say the price was negotiable and that "I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!"
An undercover officer responded to the ad. Police say Finkelstein offered to perform various sex acts in exchange for World Series tickets.
She is charged with prostitution and related offenses. Her listed phone number was disconnected, and it couldn't immediately be determined if she had an attorney.

- the student at richardson hs was harmed because of lack of police officers, but in this case he (officer of the peace) went for the bait intentionally... the force needs to spend their time better like at proms and other events where minors can get hurt not on the web....

- Situational ethics put us on a slippery slope. If it is okay for two consenting adults to swap sex for things, why not slide a little further and let an adult and a minor swap sex for things or two minors swap sex for things? Should our laws reflect what we want to do or should what we do reflect our laws? It is true that many people flaunt the laws. It is also true that many people obey the laws. A prominent educator in the early 1900's once stated that "no one has the right to do something that, if everyone did it, would destroy our society." Perhaps this is the crux of the issue.

- Halloween is right around the corner it makes you wonder if she's going to try and dress up as a SIXERS girl for the playoffs or get a HAT-TRICK for the Flyers during their playoff run.

- How is this any different then sugerdaddie.com , sugardaddyforme.com , or sugarsugar.com ??? Should the Police be watching those sites as well ? And these are just 3 of many sites like that. They all advertise as helping each other out..

- This is really no different than anyone who needs their fix. A gambler will trade their family's food and sustenance to play that last $300 in the checking account. "I can feel it, I'm getting so close", they say. A junkie will go to no extreme to make it happen for them, and many do turn to prostitution. People who idolize celebrities or situations will resort to little to see something positive come to fruitition. Many of these people feel as if they can win that big hand, get that last fix, or see the game of their dreams; their life will turn positive. It is illusory, they call it 'chasing the bag'. That is nomenclature used in the drug world. It is sad and unfortunate for this young woman.

- Why did this make national news is this not a local issue that was dealt with on a local level. Give the cop an extra doughnut and the media who reported it a nobel prize for news unworthy.

- Now why couldn't I have seen that ad first and had tickets to trade. It's just my luck you know, a day late and a few tickets short. I don't think she looks that bad at all. A little "weathered" maybe but still worth a set of tickets.

- A complete waste of public resources! If they have time for such frivious pursuits, the force should be reduced!

- What a complete waste of police resources. This is a private contract between two consenting adults. This is nobody's business but their own and this type of non-crime needs to be completely legal as does private recreational drug use. How is this different from that southern justice of the peace refusing to marry a mixed-race couple? Enough govt. interference in private lives.

- They call this prostitution? I call it bartering. Like you all say, stoopid waste of law enforcement time.
