Second Cup Cafe: David Foster and Friends

David Foster has worked with the biggest and best talents in the music industry, His track record speaks for itself, and many consider him a legend.
The 15-time Grammy Award winner, including three for Producer of the Year, has an unprecedented 44 nominations to his credit.
David Foster and Friends, which includes vocal powerhouse Charice and the Canadian Tenors, launches this week with 10 shows in 10 cities.
Foster stopped by "The Early Show Saturday Edition"'s Second Cup Cafe to perform a "Note to God" with Charice and "The Prayer" with the Canadian Tenors.
Foster broke into the music scene in 1973 as a member of Skylark, whose song, "Wildflower" became a Top Ten hit. After the band broke up, Foster quickly established a reputation as the industry's premier keyboardist and most-sought-after session musician.
He has an impressive roster when it comes to musical collaborations. Foster has performed alongside musical icons Neil Sedaka, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Paul Anka, Diana Ross, George Harrison, Dolly Parton, Sonny & Cher and Rod Stewart.
There is no doubt that Foster has an ear for talent and a sense for what can make a song take the charts by storm.
He has helped catapult the careers of Celine Dion, Josh Groban, Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston, Andrea Bocelli, Chicago, Michael Bublé, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Earth Wind & Fire, N'Sync, The Corrs, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, Kenny Rogers, Chaka Khan, The Tubes, All 4 One, Michael Bolton and Brandy, among many others.
