(AP)  A court hearing on drug charges against the ninth-season winner of the reality TV show "Big Brother" has been postponed.

Adam Jasinski, of Delray Beach, Fla., is charged with attempting to sell 2,000 oxycodone pills.

He was scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court Thursday afternoon, but his detention hearing has been postponed until Oct. 30.

Jasinski was arrested in North Reading last weekend after he allegedly showed a government witness two plastic bags filled with oxycodone.

Jasinski won $500,000 on "Big Brother 9" in April 2008.

A federal drug agent said the 31-year-old Jasinski told him that for the past few months, he had been using his winnings on the CBS reality show to buy thousands of oxycodone pills and resell them along the East Coast.

He may have big problems with "Mandatory sentencing" -a long prison sentence may be waiting-This was waived for Rush due to his money & political connections & he did not do ONE SECOND in prison, not the 30 years for the "weight"-the US legal system is as corrupt as any the US propaganda system is directed to "expose".
