(CBS)  Your teens are back to school. They see all the designer duds their friends are wearing. Now they want them too.

But if the price tag give you the chills, there's a way to get those designer clothes for less.

Consumer Correspondent Susan Koeppen stopped by the Early Show on Wednesday to show Early Show co-anchors Maggie Rodriguez and Harry Smith how to get the clothes your kids want at the price you like.

To see if you can tell the difference between retail or re-sale, check out Koeppen's bargain fashion show for kids, ages 14 to 16 years old, below.

I was so happy to see this on your show. Platos is great for teens and young adults. There is also Once Upon a Child for babies up to pre teens, and Clothes Mentor for women business and casual, you can get maturnity and those designer handbags. The owner did francise this company. She did recycle before recycling was cool. Very proud to be a part of it all!!!! She has been doing it for over 20 yrs. It all started in Perrysburg Ohio. Thanks again for showing people you can keep your kids in the lastest styles without breaking the budget.
