Probers Said To Call MJ MD For 3rd Session

(CBS)  The doctor who was with Michael Jackson when he died has been asked for another interview by investigators, as well as additional medical records, according to The Los Angeles Times. The newspaper says officials from the coroner's office have new questions for Dr. Conrad Murray.

Meanwhile, the Jackson family appears to be at odds over where Michael will be buried.

Jermaine Jackson is adamant that he be laid to rest at Neverland Ranch, Michael's former home, CBS News national correspondent Hattie Kauffman reported on "The Early Show" Wednesday.

In an emotional interview with French television, Jermaine spoke out, sharing his thoughts on a range of issues about his brother, and hinted at some family infighting, Kauffman said.

In the interview, Jermaine said Michael was charitable and provided for children who couldn't pay for medical services.

"He reached out," Jermaine said, "so, to paint him to be this person that he's not, it bothers me, it bothers my family."

Various media outlets and authors have come out with numerous reports about his personal life.

Kauffman reported the family is arguing over whether to bury Michael at the famed "Cemetery to the Stars" Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles, or at Neverland Ranch.

But that's nothing new, according to Jackson's biographer and CBS News consultant J. Randy Taraborrelli.

"The Jacksons are used to this kind of melodrama within the family," he said. "They always disagree on important matters."

But Jermaine is intent on seeing Michael buried at his former home.

"I fought to get him to Neverland," Jermaine said. "It's his home, and every inch of that place is his work, is his imagination, is what he dreamt of, and I feel it's just where he needs to be."

Michael's mother, Katherine, was originally opposed to that idea, but that may be changing, according to Taraborrelli.

"How the Jackson family generally comes to terms is that they will strike a vote, and the majority will win," Taraborrelli said. "If that doesn't work out, then Katherine has the final word."

Katherine is now fighting for permanent custody of Michael's three children.

Jermaine said if anyone tries to contest Michael's will, which stipulated Jackson's mother would raise the children, "they're not living out Michael's wishes."

The Jacksons are also hoping to perform Michael's music next month on his birthday, Kauffman reported. Jermaine said there's been talk that the Jackson brothers and Janet Jackson will do that, but added, "There will never be another Jackson 5."

I heard that Jermaine is actually Michael Jackson, and that the old Jermaine became the skinny white man who was addicted to drugs and boys. Or is that just another stupid rumor? ;)

First of all my deep condolences To The King of Pop's Precious Children, his Mother and the rest of the Family, and after that I wanted to say please Lay at Rest Michael in his own chosen place, I do not Know where that place can be,But Michael said in one of his Last Interviws that he did not want to live in Neverland anymore because after those False accusations and Police invasion to that place, He could not see that place as a Home any longer but Just a House, and this would be up to His Dear Mother's Decision , BUT I can not Understand how this issue became the business of Jo and Jermaine Jackson ,Did Jermaine ever officially appologized The King of Pop for the Song he Dedicated to MJ called:"word to badd",that suffered him so much? Or Did Jo Jackson ever took responsibility for the abuses and sufferings ,he caused in Micael's Lifetime? and Now that he is Gone They became His "Back Bone" Brother and beloved Father?!!!!!!!!

True his will did not say where he is to be buried. This something that shold be addressed and not be dumped at the last minute if it can be thot out and acted on. The Jacksons should come together as a family and bury him properly. It is true they will battle over his money etc. The man earnt. This is a good time to make it known where one is to be laid to rest so the family can carry it out. Most don't want to address this. I did read his will on the net. That was the one thing he failed address. Where to be buried. Michael should have addressed this. Maybe the LIVING Jacksons will have it writ to where they each wish to be buried. I am a just a layparson. we have addressed this my friend and I.

One concern that they have is the strong possibility that his grave may be desecrated, as happened with Elvis' grave prior to his being re-interred at Graceland. Consequently, they want to (1) lay him to rest in a place/way he would have wanted; and (2) make sure his grave is safe. For now, Michael Jackson is "temporarily" resting at Forest Lawn cemetary in L.A.

Of course some are hoping Neverland will become a money-maker like Graceland. Without the grave, the odds are bad. With the grave, well, who knows? So, if they bury him there and fans only come for a couple of years, then there's a problem. No income and lots of expense. Could Neverland consistently draw enough paying visitors to make ends meet?

Are you kidding me? This would make the best business sense. Having Michael Jackson buried at Neverland as well as it being used as a museum of sorts, like Graceland, is the only way his debts would ever get paid. Unless the creditors have written millions of dollars off. Plus, it would honor MJ's legacy as one of the greatest entertainers the world would ever see.

He's not buried yet! What usually takes a day or two has taken a month and isn't complete yet,... how long do you think the fighting about custody and money will go on?????

First, end the family fighting over Michael. Bury him. I never heard of a family that votes on stuff even with other in their homes. Did Michael say where he wished to be laid to rest. If so bury him there, He made his wishes known in a will . Honour that will. Jackson Family this is about yer kin. Michael made it known who will raise his children . Their grandmother. Honour that. Michael need to be where he said and wrote where he is to be buried. It is not voting about it. Lay him to rest.
