Congressman Peter King Says Society Is "Glorifying" a "Low-Life"

(AP)  A New York congressman says in a YouTube video that Michael Jackson was a "pervert."

Rep. Peter King said society is "glorifying" a "low-life" while ignoring the efforts of teachers, police officers, firefighters, veterans and volunteers.

Jackson was acquitted of molesting a boy.

In the video, the congressman says the "day in and day out" coverage of Jackson's death is "too politically correct."

He conceded that Jackson "may have been a good singer" and "did some dancing."

King is among the possible Republican contenders for the seat held by Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand.

King has said in the past that he represents the interests of "blue-collar conservatives."

This disgraceful excuse of a man Peter King had the nerve to speak out inappropriately,and maliciously timed,on Youtube against Michael Jackson and in so doing against the law of the land in which he represents a small part. He spoke against a man cleared on all horrible counts, by a court of law in the United States of America. Therefore Mr King you speak against America. Did you do this in order to achieve a moment of global fame, that you are so undeserving of?
I decided to call Peter King on this! Youtube was not open to further comments. In disgust and frustration I wrote an email to his website asking that Peter King answer to his crude remarks by email, on Youtube, wherever, however? I received in return from this coward, what I expected that I would get, an automated reply. Why? I presume that this pompous, arrogant, pessimistic white supremacist is not capable of answering to such horrible, nasty, derogatory and unfounded remarks against Michael Jackson, the USA and the globe. Thank God you are the minority! Small minded, nasty beings like this man are why America now has a highly intelligent, diplomatic,open minded black president.
Something needed to be done, for America to regain the respect, love and appreciation of the world.

I think I've heard and had enough of this crap circulating about Michael Jackson and his so-called perversion! There are alot of people who stood to make a lot of money off of the bs that was put out by this entire circus, including those like Diane Dimond and others. This poor man went through a living hell while he was alive for no reason, which practically financially broke him and broke him physically, emotionally and spiritually. What's worse is Madonna's proclamation that Jackson was one of the greatest artists of all time. What a joke...off the top of my head I can name a hundred real artists, whose mere presense on the earth should have made Michael embarrassed to call himself a musician.

Two of them, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder, actually worked with Jackson. Just compare Thriller to Sargeant Pepper's, Born in the USA, Radiohead's OK Computer, Rumours, and even Fear of a Black Planet--or any of a thousand other albums which actually had soul, and something to say, in a way that pushes the boundries of music as art.

Just because millions of people who wouldn't know art if it slapped them upside the head worship this guy's shallow, overproduced, pop c*r*a*p, doesn't make him a "great artist," any more than Madonna is...
