(CBS)  Selena Gomez, star of the new Disney friendship movie "Princess Protection Program," showed what she likes to do when she's not acting: she loves to cook.

And Monday on The Early Show, she demonstrated how to make her aunt's cheesecake recipe using Oreo cookies, ladyfingers, strawberries and white chocolate.

Gomez stars in the movie with her friend Demi Lovato, who she worked with as a child on "Barney & Friends."

"Princess Protection Program" is now in theaters.
