(AP)  A spokeswoman for the doctor at Michael Jackson's side when he died says he met for a second time with police and is not considered a suspect.

Miranda Sevcik, a spokeswoman for Dr. Conrad Murray, said in a statement Saturday night that the doctor met to "clarify some inconsistencies." The statement also says investigators believe "the doctor is in no way a suspect and remains a witness."

Police confirmed that they interviewed Murray and that he was co-operative.

Sevcik says Murray and his attorney "answered every and all questions" during a three-hour meeting, and that he will continue to co-operate.

Murray was with Jackson when the singer stopped breathing Thursday, and reportedly performed CPR until paramedics arrived.

Michael Jackson had a crappy heart.
Michael Jackson had a heart attack from said crappy heart and died.

People die from heart attacks in their 50s all of the time.

I still think it was assisted suicide for the insurance. He was broke. He had just undergone an extensive physical for Insurance. He had a Doctor on scene. Just give him an injection to stop his heart. Insurance company is on the hook for payment to his kids because they cleared him for coverage.

"A spokeswoman for the doctor at Michael Jackson's side when he died says he met for a second time with police and is not considered a suspect".....

Who could have imagined that a spokesperson for the doctor who almost certainly injected MJ with Demerol should claim that he is not a suspect? Just wait till the toxicology report comes back...Dr. Murray will zoom to the top of the list. Imagine being the guy who killed MJ when he is sent to prison with an approx. 80% African American population.

There are PLENTY of "quacks" out there who are rich enough to get their lawyers to have then "get off" when they shouldn't even be allowed to rent office space.

For example, right now, my daughter is sitting in a hospital because some "quack" of a dentist pulled 6 of her teeth and had her mouth bleeding like crazy. He CLAIMED he sutured her gums and SAID he was the head of the oral surgery unit of the hospital 4 blocks away, but he never bothered to call the paramedics to take her there and when we got there with her in unbelievable pain, the hospital never heard of this b-a-s-t-a-r-d and he was refusing to answer his phone when the hospital called him to find out what he did.

And the politicians want to LIMIT malpractice cases against these "quacks" because the malpractice insurance companies don't like all the legal fees, suits, and judgements against THEM?????

And us VICTIMS are supposed to just sit back and take it!!!

Whatever happened to POWER TO THE PEOPLE here?????

HAIL OBAMA?????

Why did Jackson need a,"live in", Cardiologist?

Think about that, when you're formulating your conspiracy theories.

It must be a relief for the doctor to learn that
he's no longer a suspect in a non-crime.

But if they do consider Jackson's death a crime and
the doctor isn't a suspect they could look to which
one of the many Gods that now seem to be
everywhere who is, WAS, Jackson's "man upstairs".

We know of at least ONE "man upstairs" and his/her
verbally-communicated word and the people that no
longer exist in the target-country of that southern
American God's advise.

So it wouldn't be wasted detective work.

And the police couldn't find him?

?During the meeting, Dr. Murray helped identify the circumstances around the death of the pop icon and clarified some inconsistencies,? according to the statement. ?Dr. Murray has been in Los Angeles since the death of Mr. Jackson. He rode in the ambulance to the hospital and stayed at the hospital for hours comforting and consoling the Jackson family.?

1. Out of all the cardiologists whom Michael Jackson could have hired, why was he given Dr. Conrad Murray, who has "a trail of financial troubles" and who, according to the New York Times, "is not board certified in cardiology"?

2. I've previously written here that the executive level of the International Mafia is a group of Czechoslovak emigrants primarily in Canada.

3. Dr. Murray's spokeswoman is named "Miranda Sevcik". For those of you who don't know, "Sevcik" is a Czech name.

He wasn't,"given", Dr. Murray, Jackson requested him.

Maybe you could do some detective work, and find out how Jackson and Murray met?

As for your International Mafia/Czech/Canada theory...

ROTFLMAO!!!

He's not a suspect because his lawyer says he isn't. Gee where have we heard that before? This news belongs in the Entertainment section, right? It is kind of amusing to think that they would ask a lawyer to comment on his client, and expect to get an answer that is not self serving, predictable and slanted. ....Michael you were the best...gone too soon!

Why isn't he a suspect ? There are to many strange things that went on while he was in the Good Doctors care, isn't a cardiologist a heart doctor? He didn't know he had to have Micheal on the floor (not the bed) to try to restart his heart? Why was the caller so calm? Who was precribing the pain meds? There are so many questions to ask the doctor that two hours couldn't possiably be enough time to answer all the questions I have(I'm not a cop,I'm a 51 year old man )and I smell foul play or a cover-up at least!Maybe this Doctor should be drug tested now befor it's to late and and they clear his system.RIP Micheal...
