Play CBS Video Video Obama On White House Life Part two of Harry Smith's interview with President Obama covers Bo, some early mistakes and golf.
The president has gotten out on the course seven times since taking office five months ago.
And, in Part Three an exclusive interview that dealt mostly with much heavier affairs of state, Mr. Obama explained to Early Show co-anchor Harry Smith what it is that draws him to seek refuge on the links.
"First of all, I'm terrible," the president began. But, "It is the only time that, for six hours, first of all, that I'm outside. And second of all, where you almost feel normal, in the sense that you're not in a bubble. There are a whole bunch of Secret Service guys, but they're sort of in the woods. And when you're up there in the tee box and you're hacking away, and hitting some terrible shot and your friends are laughing at you, you know, it feels as if, you know- you're -- you're out of the container."
Part One of the interview was aired on the CBS News broadcast Sunday Morning on June 21. To read the transcript, click here. It dealt with Mr. Obama's views on fatherhood.
Part two aired on The Early Show. It went into the president's thoughts on Iran, North Korea, Dick Cheney, and more.
Part three also dealt with Bo the dog and Mr. Obama's thoughts on his administration's performance so far.

- Interesting how the Media continues to fawn and orgasmm over Obama, even as he plays golf, because whenever Bush played golf, the Media couldn't wait to mock him for it.
Just another example of the Mainstream Media's liberal leanings and bias.

- Golf is not the only thing Obama is terrible at. History will prove he was terrible at handling the economy too, and the sooner he admits it, the better for us all. Forget golf, I'd like to see a little candid honesty from Obama about the financial ruin he is bringing to generations of Americans.

Yeppers, and idiots like you would have us starting more wars.
NK, is a wait and see. If the little man Il wants to play Napoleon the USA and the world will deal with him. What do you want the USA to do? Start another war?
Iran. Ok, so we start another war there to help protest the rigged vote?
Some of you need to quit reading McCain's book "Diplomacy for Idiots" and start some independent thinking.
The USA is already involved in two wars, remember Iraq and Afg.? We are likely going to have to help out Pakistan overthrow the Taliban there (third war), probably going to have to send our military to our Southern borders to prevent the murdering cartels in Mexico from spilling further over into America, and some of you idiots want to start a war with NK and Iran. Napoleon, Hitler and Mussolini would be very very proud proud of you. Next step is to achieve the total power you want like Sadam and the Iranian mulahs - Reply to this comment
- If he had not wanted to be President, this most talented guy would have been a superstar in the NBA or would have given Tiger grief on the PGA tour.
We are truly blessed that he loves us so much that he sacrofoed a lucrative career as an athelete and came in and turned the economy around, kept unemployment to a minimum, put in a huge tax cut for the middle class and got us out of Iraq. Never has a politician kept his campaign promises like this great human being. He should have medical care socialized by the end of the summer. Unbelievable!!!! - Reply to this comment

- Golf can tell a lot about a person. It is a game against the course and the honesty of the player. Once, when Clinton went to Hawaii to play, he lost over a dozen golf balls and recorded a score of 85. Impossible score from an 'honest' golfer.
