This is very confusing It's hard to find stories, and why does a story I just watched repeat again instead of going on to another story? And why does a story cut off before it is done? The only way I can get any news stories now from CBS is on my computer since my DIGITAL TV went blank after June 12!!!

Yesterday I saw a story on the goverment foreclosure plan, my daughter pays more than 31% of her income for her mortgage. How do you apply for these loans. I've googled and just can't seem to find the site. She is not in foreclosure, just working 3 jobs to make her payment.
