Singer Usher To Divorce

(AP)  Court records show singer Usher has filed for divorce from Tameka Foster Raymond after less than two years of marriage.

The 30-year-old Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, filed the petition Friday in Superior Court in Atlanta. The court record did not give any details about the split between the R&B star and his wife, who were married in August 2007.

They have two young sons, 1½-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond. His wife has three children from a previous marriage.

E-mail and telephone messages to Usher's publicist were not immediately returned.

usher was nuts to marry a woman with 3 children from a previous relationship. no idea what divorce laws are in GA but in CA, she would get 50% as well as future earnings, retirement and etc. his soon to be ex-wife is not attractive at all and usher could have done much better for himself including a woman without children. in many ways, usher made some bad choices. with all his fame and fortune, why bother to get married with so many beautiful women available who would be more than willing to enjoy usher's company? idiot.

You know what they say: No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. I love Usher and appreciate hi gift. Hopefully, these 2 people can move on and have a happy good life.
