Bryant rounded out the top 10 on the Forbes "Celebrity 100" list for 2009 by earning $45 million. He brought in the money through his salary from the Los Angeles Lakers ($21 million) and lucrative endorsements from companies like Nike, according to the magazine.

An Acadamy Award nomination for "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and the media frenzy surrounding the birth of his twins kept Pitt in the public eye, and, like partner Angelina Jolie, in the top 10 of the "Celebrity 100" list. The actor came in at number 8 this year, raking in $28 million.

Though Angelina Jolie usurped her for the top spot, Winfrey was still the top earner on this year's list. Between her talk show, magazine and other ventures (including her production company and an upcoming lifestyle-themed television network), Forbes estimates she took in $275 million.

Speilberg took the seventh spot on the 2009 Forbes list, with the magazine estimating he took in $150 million in the past year. A big part of his payday came from the latest installment of the "Indiana Jones" franchise, which hit theaters in May 2008.

Films like "Marley and Me" and "He's Just Not That Into You," along with appearances on many a tabloid cover, kept Aniston in the public eye this past year. It also brought her $25 million and the eighth spot on the Forbes "Celebrity 100" list. She was in familiar company - ex-husband Brad Pitt was given the ninth spot on the list, and his current partner Angelina Jolie came in at number one.

In the past year the singer starred in two films, released a new album and performed for the president at the Inaugural Ball. Her busy schedule - and the endorsements she does for companies like Loreal - brought her $87 million and the fourth spot on the "Celebrity 100" list.

Over the past year, Springsteen proved he was still "The Boss" with a successful tour and a perfomance at the Superbowl halftime show. He also proved he can still bring in the cash - Forbes estimated he made $70 million and awarded him with the sixth spot on their 2009 "Celebrity 100" list.
