Calling It An Attack On Her Christianity, Carrie Prejean Defends Her Semi-Nude Photographs As A Teen

(AP)  Miss California says a Web site has posted racy photos of her in an attempt to belittle her Christianity.

Carrie Prejean says photos taken of her as a teenager had been released "surreptitiously to a tabloid Web site that openly mocks me for my Christian faith."

In a statement, Prejean also says the attacks on her and others who "speak in defense of traditional marriage" are intolerant and offensive.

A photo of Prejean wearing only pink panties with her back turned to the camera appeared Monday on the gossip blog theDirty.com.

The 21-year-old Prejean was named first runner-up to Miss North Carolina in the Miss USA pageant April 19. Her response to a question about legalizing same-sex marriage may have cost her the title.

They could, and legally too, BUT THEY DON'T WANT IT!

And another thing, you said that your people built the pyramids. Actually no one knows who actually built the pyramids. It could also have been the Jews who were held captive in Egypt for over 400 years. Incidentally, they were held captive and in slavery by the Egyptians who beat them with whips and even murdered many of them when they couldn't work. The pharoah even once ordered all of the male Jewish babies under two years old murdered!

And as far as Christianity killing more people, that's not true and you know it! What about what happened on 09 - 11 - 01? Have forgotten about the thousands of innocent people who were killed that day? Have you forgotten the sight of those planes flying into the World Trade Center? And what about the people who were killed in the Pentagon and in that plane crash in Pennsylvania? How can you forget and dismiss them so easily? I haven't and I also haven't forgot who killed them! Also what about the Muslims who are killing other Muslims every day and the many Muslim women who are killed just for leaving their house without their husband's permission or driving a car or even going outside without being completely covered? As for me being stupid, you should know about stupidity! You would be a lot better off if you'd put your Mitrah on a shelf, too, and wipe the dust off your Bible if you have one and start reading it. And as for the Bible being lies, (according to you), you will find out the hard way someday that it is not when you leave this world and you stand before God himself! You will wish then that you hadn't dismissed it so easily. You will also know then that Jesus is very real and that he is the living and only begotten son of God. His spirit lives in my heart and, yes, He'll be there to guide me when my time comes to leave this world. I have no doubt about that because He said that he will never leave me nor forsake me and he doesn't lie.

You don't understand that, though, because you are blinded by sin and until you open your heart and allow Him to come in, you will never understand. It also does no good to talk to you because your heart is hardened and full of hatred. Until you get rid of the hatred and learn to love you will never understand. I just pray that you do before you leave this world and it's everlasting too late!

And as for the end game being up, you will see who's end game is up someday! You know that Bible that I've been talking about? I've read the end of the book and we Christians win! Also I think we'll win before then, too, in the next presidential election because Obama has already many mistakes and it's just the beginning of his presidency. His bailouts and stimulus package has already trillions of dollars in debt and it's only the beginning! People are going to tire of that very quickly!

You also obviously haven't read about the huge mega churches in China and in Houston and Dallas and California and in other places all over the world that are growing by leaps and bounds everday. You also don't know about the many missionaries and evangelists who are still leading people to Christ by the hundreds everyday. I personally know one missionary in Mexico who, at age 80, is still leading people to Christ every day. So go ahead and spread your lies about Christianity losing converts because I know for a fact that it's not true! You can also say what you will about us but, like it or not, we are here and we are not going anywhere until the Lord calls us home.

We will also just go ahead preaching the gospel and making our presence known just as we always have and when we are gone our children will continue on where we left off. We are making sure of that because we are teaching them the Bible and the ways of the Lord and they will teach them to their children! We will make our presence known in the next election too!

It is now sitting on my bookshelf gathering dust. I dismissed it because it has never been proven that they ever were part of the original Bible. I have the modern King James Version of the Holy Bible. It's enough for me. If I need comfort I go to the Bible. If I need answers I go to the Bible. It provides all of the comfort I need and it answers all of my questions. It would do the same for you if you would just read it and accept it!

Also I didn't say that Jesus was a caucasian. I said he was a Jew and was a descendant of King David. Although the Jewish race is a white race they are much different than the caucasian races of Europe but they are not black. They are somewhere in between.

I also know that Jesus never travelled outside of his homeland Israel. His disciples did, though, and the apostle Paul.

And another thing, for your information I got straight A's in geography! Israel is in the middle east. It is located at the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea. It is only linked to the African continent by the Sinai peninsula which, although the Sinai is owned by Egypt, if you really want to get technical, is separated from the African continent by the Suez canal which didn't exist in the Bible days. That is why Israel is now in the middle east and not in Africa!

Also you should study the Bible and the twelve tribes of Israel. None of them were Ethiopian although some of them may have migrated to Ethiopia at some time before the Ark of the Covenant was, supposedly, moved to Ethiopia. And incidentally, I don't know where you got your information, but the Bible doesn't say what happened to the Ark of the Covenant. The last place that it's mentioned in the Bible is in Jeremiah 3: 16 which says "And it shall come to pass when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days saith the Lord, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the Lord: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done anymore." I will accept what the Bible says about that.

However, if indeed the Ethiopian "Jews" are indeed Jews and descendants of Abraham, then certainly they should receive their "rightful status" as you called it. But they should receive no more than their rightful status. The Bible clearly lines out the status of each tribe of Israel and what blessings that each is to receive. If the Ethiopian "Jews" are indeed Jews and descendants of Abraham, DNA tests should prove it. DNA tests should also show to which tribe that they belong. Their status should be decided accordingly.

Also the King James Version of the Holy Bible has served me well for 56 years. I don't need to read your Mitrah to get knowledge.

Now listen carefully...I have not 'implied' anything and am not responsible for your narrow minded assumptions and interpretations. I said exactly what I mean which I am sure was very clear and obvious to anyone who is not looking to falsely interpret to serve their own purpose or defend the rediculously obvious nonsense orchestrated by Perez Hilton and perpetuated as described.
The point here which you are obviously choosing to ignore is that there have been orchestrated and obvious injustices that are not being questioned or addressed. AND why was she immediately attacked, slandered and judged for voicing her personal opinion to a question that ONLY she was asked, that never should have been asked in the first place. Followed by an "after the fact" investigation obviously for the purpose of vindictively looking to demean and harm her. Ask yourself this...How many other contestants were asked that question or even one like it? I'm always amazed when folks quote "Jesus" as if they really truly beyond any doubt believe what they are saying is true, when historical records indicate quite clearly that then King Augustine held a conference in the year 1050 where almost all of the then current religions of the time were combined into one and the "bible" was rewritten according to his wishes. Records also indicate this was about the 100th time it was rewritten.

Surely, Jesus was not speaking of individuals who are willing to do anything to make their mark under the sun, including lying about their past?

If Ms. Prejean had been crowned Miss USA, how long do you think it would have taken before these same half-nude photos would have made an appearance, anyway? And then there might have been an even bigger scandal!

What is so difficult to understand that these photos would probably have been exposed to the public regardless?

The best thing for Ms. Prejean to do might be to humble herself, and apologize for lying to the Miss California pageant officials, and use this as a lesson for other young women. She could have taken the "higher road" with this situation, and perhaps even earn back the respect and credibility she evidently, along with the publicity, craves.
