Pic Of Alleged Al Qaeda Group Head Shown

(AP)  The Iraqi government for the first time has displayed a picture of a man it says is the purported leader of an al Qaeda front group.

An Iraqi military spokesman showed the picture of a bearded man in a black T-shirt at a news conference on Tuesday. Maj. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi claims it's Abu Omar al-Baghdadi but gave no other proof of identity.

Iraq's government announced al-Baghdadi's capture last week but the claim met with skepticism due to similar announcements that proved false.

The arrest of the head of the Islamic State of Iraq could mark a setback to insurgents trying to intensify attacks after a relative lull.

Al-Moussawi says al-Baghdadi was arrested April 23 and security forces are trying to glean information from him.

So actually we created these scenerios with other countries. Now we have to clean up the mess we made. So therefore it's now wrong for other countries to look at us the way they do? We should not be putting our noses into other countries businesses it wouldn't cost us so much to correct them.

If you were to google Muslim percentages per nation, The answer would stand the hair up on your neck (unless you are Muslim yourself) Muslims are in a position to bring more than 1/2 the entire world under their control. If I were a Muslim male, I would be happy to see that and put my money and strength behind such an endeavor. This would give me absolute control of any female in my family. (under Sharia law). But as a 'Infidel' Christian, I could only look forward to being killed because I will never bow to Islam or Allah. I would gladly let Islam preach its own brand of hate were it not for the fact that they practice what they preach. One of the things that Islam has as a fundamental goal is complete domination over Earth. Total conversion is also a fundamental goal, (even at the point of a sword. "Convert or die"). I have had several Muslim tell me that this is not so and is only being practiced by extremist branches of their religion. My question is, "Why do you moderates allow this to continue?" If they aren't curbed, I can see a time of great woe over the world because we will not go quietly.

We went to Iraq, with the full blessing of Congress, to clean up a mess we had created when we installed Hussein to power and the same with the Bin Laden agenda. We armed and financed both in their rise to power. It was after they become useless to us that it was time to eliminate them. And to say that Iraq was a failure, the people there don't think so.
