The Medical Board of California announced Thursday that Dr. Jan Adams will no longer be able to practice medicine anywhere in the state. Adams can petition for reinstatement of his license in three years.
Adams was placed on probation on two separate occasions after being charged with driving under influence in 2003 and 2006. A phone message left with Adams' attorney was not immediately retuned Thursday.
Adams performed breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures on Donda West a day before she died. An autopsy blamed heart disease coupled with complications from the surgery.
