Entertainment reporter Michael Hundgen -- a man of the people, decided to go to Hollywood to get some opinions off of the street.
Hundgen polled three big movies, "The Dark Knight," "Indiana Jones" and "Iron Man" to see which one was a fan favorite.
"I would say 'The Dark Knight' because I love Christian Bale," said Erin from Alaska.
Out of actors, Christian Bale, Brad Pitt and Mark Wahlberg, Pitt did the best.
When a little girl was asked what her favorite flick was out of "Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," "Kung Fu Panda" or "WALL-E," she went with "Kung Fu Panda."
When actresses Anne Hathaway, Kate Hudson and Queen Latifah were pitted against each other, fans played it safe and chose the host of the show, Queen Latifah.
Fans were also polled on TV actors and hunks Patrick Dempsey, Hugh Laurie and Charlie Sheen.
"Charlie Sheen," said Erin from Alaska. "We love bad boys in Alaska."
This year there were a lot of guest spots on TV shows as well, including Britney Spears, who did "How I Met Your Mother," Luke Perry, who did "Law & Order SVU" and Robin Williams, who also did "Law & Order SVU."
Out of three pop songs nominated, Rihanna's "Disturbia," Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl," and Jordin Sparks' "No Air," I Kissed A Girl" was the fan favorite on the streets of Hollywood.
"The voting is still open on four categories, you can do that all online at pcavote.com, he told Early Show co-anchor Julie Chen.
Hundgen has some big interviews coming up.
"Yeah, a big interview with the host and also nominee Queen Latifah and also an interview with Carrie Underwood, she is nominated as well," he said.
The People's Choice Awards airs Wednesday night on CBS at 9 p.m. ET.
