(CBS)  When it comes to getting a new computer, especially for the holidays, it's hard to know exactly what to buy to go with it.

What's the best wireless mouse and keyboard? What's the best backup system?

CNET-TV Senior Editor Natalie Del Conte stopped by The Early Show Monday to point to the best gadgets to use with your new machine. She covered PCs and Macs alike, as show began a series looking at the best in electronics, "Batteries Not Included."
